Cherry Dump Cake

1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

1 package white cake mix (regular size)

3/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon almond extract

Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350°. Spread pie filling into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with cake mix; gently press into pie filling. Mix melted butter and extract; pour over cake mix.

Bake until top is set and filling is bubbly, 45-50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
