Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until thick, stopping and scraping sides as needed. Pipe into 2 bowls or glasses, topping each with a swirl.
